75 Hard : My Transformation Story And The Importance Of Self-Care
I recently completed a mental toughness challenge called #75hard. I never believed I would start something like this program, let alone complete it. Every single day for 75 days in a row I worked out for 90 minutes. I fell in love with yoga and getting up before dawn. This experience manifested something known as going into "God Mode" and I will never go back to how I was before this program.
For years I have not been grounded in my body. This program helped me manage my anxiety. It helped to boost my confidence, process several layers of trauma, and raise my energy to an incredible new level.
