Day 28: Inspired by Proverbs 18:24

A devotional and prayer for when you need a friend. Devotional: My child, I know how badly you desire genuine friendships. Remember, it's not about how many people you know but the depth of the connections you cultivate. Be the kind of friend to others that you seek—loyal, compassionate, and understanding. As you extend the hand of friendship, you'll find that you're never alone, for even in your solitude, I am with you. My friendship is constant and unfailing and runs deeper than the deepest ocean. So, as you navigate relationships, remember that you have a friend in me who will never leave nor forsake you. Inspired by Proverbs 18:24 Prayer: Dear God, thank you for always being there for me. I pray for the wisdom to build deep and meaningful friendships that reflect your love and grace. Lord, help me be a loyal, compassionate, and understanding friend to others, just as you are. Hide me from people who would bring me down and provide me with friendships that will lift me up to be closer to you. In Jesus name, amen.
