Day 26: Inspired by John 14:15

A devotional and prayer for when you've drifted. Devotional: If you love Me, the natural outcome is to follow my commands. Now, don't let that word 'commands' trip you up. I’m not talking about rigid rules that will weigh you down. I’m speaking of a loving path that I've crafted especially for you, a path that leads to true peace, joy, and eternal life. My commands are designed to guide you closer to me, to deepen our relationship. They are signposts pointing you toward a life filled with love and meaning. Keep your heart in tune with mine, and you'll find that following my ways is the most fulfilling journey you could ever go on. Inspired by John 14:15 Prayer: Dear God, thank you for showing me the way to a fulfilling, love-filled life. Help me to see your commands as stepping stones leading me closer to you instead of as a burden. Fill my heart with a desire to walk in your ways and to live out your love in my daily life. May my obedience be a sweet reflection of my love for you, bringing me deeper into my relationship with you. In Jesus name, amen.
