The inner realm has different Laws to the outer; you can have power and strength without doing anything. This is at the root of martial arts such as aikido. Being in a meditative state, free of fear, one becomes capable of responding in the moment and using the energy of the situation. As the Taoists say, the softest substance in this work overcomes the hardest.
