In this episode, we have a conversation with Ken O’Donnell, the inaugural recipient of a new Assessment Institute in Indianapolis award for excellence related to High-Impact Practices, often referred to as HIPs. Ken is Vice Provost at California State University-Dominguez Hills, and he is one of the founders of HIPs in the States, a network of colleagues advancing the work of High-Impact Practices on college and university campuses throughout the United States.
