The one where we have a URC season to look forward to

The boys are joined by Iestyn from the Ospreys Eyrie and Podcast Rygbi Cymru who sits in for Carwyn to preview the coming season of URC action. The start is a little flat as the weekends quarter final against Argentina gets reviewed but there are some positives to take from it. The boys talk through the options to go forward and where things may need to change if Wales are going to improve their performances.

After what feels like an eternity, the URC is back which means a return to the normality of winding each other up, downplaying each others chances of winning and the start of this seasons prediction league - love it!
