Something that I see a lot of from the women inside of Agency Thrivemind is the fear around being disconnected from your team and your clients as the CEO of your agency. Whether you keep your agency small or large, where you fit within your agency and what you are doing day to day is going to shift and change as you grow. But once you start working more behind the scenes, stop being client-facing, and start doing less of (or none of) the implementation and delivery, I know the fear is that things will fall through the cracks and that your clients won't get the same client experience as they would working directly with you.
