A taoist is one who is in tune with life, flowing effortlessly through all that life has to offer us. In this audio, Vasant Swaha shares a story about a sage who became known in old China for the apparent miraculous ways that he approached situations that unfolded in his life. The story goes that while hunting in the central mountains, General Shao Zu set fire to the forest to burn down the tall grass; then he was surprised when he saw the sage walking out of the forest unharmed. The crowd who witnessed this, and the emperors who heard about this story later, were all intrigued by the nature of such a man.
Vasant Swaha is a modern mystic sharing his love, joy, and wisdom in retreats. This is an excerpt from a Satsang during the Summer Retreat at Dharma Mountain, in Norway, on the 03rd of July 2014.
