How do you change your body?
Lift weights.
Prioritize protein.
Sleep.

You must understand that you have the power and the control to change your physique. Once you figure this out, your self confidence and what you believe you are capable of will skyrocket.
Is it easy? Nope. But, it doesn't have to be overwhelming or all consuming.
You will have do to things differently.
You will have to be disciplined.
You will have to determine your goals.
You will have to take action.
Just like anything else...start small. You must make sustainable changes, or you will find yourself on the "it worked" until you got too tired, hangry, or overwhelmed to continue.
