In this inaugural ep I explain how when we learn (just enough!) about the nervous system we can start to judge less and find more safety in the present moment, reclaiming the highest qualities of our best selves and our kiddos. I explain how we came to cruise in a chronic stress response, and how we can start to crawl our way out of it. There is learning here, but also an emotional experience for you to release some of the myths you have about yourself and your child. Because, say it with me, when we FEEL better we do better!
