He’s the Harvard-educated FSU Law Professor gunned down in his Tallahassee driveway back in 2014. Two hitmen and a go-between are already convicted of the crime and in prison.

Ex-brother-in-law Charlie Adelson’s whose trial begins today stands accused of putting the hit on his ex-brother-in-law - Dan Markel.
