August 1990, Gainesville, Florida. The University of Florida is ready to start a new fall semester on campus. But just days before, two Freshman girls are murdered in their apartment. One day later, another female at a nearby college is also murdered. Two days after the first murders, two more Florida students a male and female are killed—all brutally stabbed, some raped and some mutilated. Police have no leads. After hundreds of interviews, 6,000 pieces of evidence and the arrest the wrong man, it would be a high school friend who would help authorities find the real killer.
