In today's episode, we dive deep into the secrets of living a peaceful life.

You might have encountered people who have done you wrong, acted maliciously, or caused pain in your life. Today, I want to emphasize that forgiveness isn't for them; it's for you.

It's important to understand that what resides within you will manifest in your external experiences. This doesn't mean that if you radiate peace, you'll only encounter peaceful situations. Life is not that simple. But your internal state will remain steadfast, even when external chaos tries to disrupt your peace. Think of it as maintaining a stress level; your baseline remains steady when you remain calm and collected.

Sometimes, people and situations will wrong you, intentionally or not. If you hold onto anger or resentment, you'll continue to attract conditions and people that perpetuate that negative energy within you. Like attracts like, and this holds true for your frequency. If you aspire to live in peace, love, and happiness, yet you harbor resentment toward those who've wronged you, you are carrying that negative energy within you.

The law of attraction operates based on the energy you radiate. When you can't forgive and extend understanding, love, and patience to those who've harmed you, you perpetuate the very energy you wish to release. The shift begins when you offer love and forgiveness.

When someone does something wrong, it might range from mildly irritating to genuinely malicious. You don't have to be the one to cut them out of your life; instead, be the one who extends love, understanding, and forgiveness. Continue to radiate light and joy, even in their presence. This isn't about being a pushover; it's about demonstrating unconditional love.

This process may take time and boundaries as you learn to be around situations that used to bring out negativity in you. The faster you can be around them and maintain your positive energy, the stronger the law of attraction will work in your favor, causing them to drift away from your frequency because those situations won't be able to exist on your level.

I've recently had these conversations with a few individuals, and it's essential to realize that embarking on a new path often means change. When you change your frequency and move towards enlightenment or higher consciousness, those who resonate with higher frequencies will support and encourage you. They may miss you if your path takes you away, but they'll be proud of your growth.

On the other hand, those who operate at or below your frequency may resist your transformation. They might say you've changed or express concerns about your distance. They're perceiving the void created by your pursuit of self-love and healing. It's crucial to recognize that it's okay for them not to understand because they, too, can embark on a similar path of growth and transformation.

Selfishness in this context is essential. To pour love into others, you must first fill your own cup. You can't continually give to others if you don't know how to nourish yourself. Embrace the journey of self-love, healing, and personal growth, and understand that the world benefits when you become the best version of yourself. Your circle of people is important, but so are others outside your circle.

Your family is valuable, but they are not more important than someone you don't know on the other side of the world. We are all equal, and your purpose is to be a healing presence wherever it's needed. You make the world a better place by being the light and love.
