Is It Really ”Hard” or Are You Just Procrastinating?

Ep. 7 Its time to get curious about our relationship with the word “hard”. Why do we label a task "too hard" when it may just be tedious or time consuming? Through my journaling practice, I realized that hard is a secondary emotion that comes up, or a broad term that I use to not actually confront what that task actually is. I also discovered that there are a lot of things that come along the ride with “hard” that I am denying from showing up, such as pride, perseverance, joy, new paths, inspiration, creativity, and being a role model for others.

In this episode you'll be able to change your perspective on the term "hard work" and see it as a building block, not a roadblock.

You'll also gain some tools to help you choose the future you that you want to be, without shame or external validation.
