Welcome to the "Progressive Relaxation Meditation: Unwinding for the Night." Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, then exhale slowly. Start by focusing on your toes. Tighten them for a few seconds, then release, feeling the tension melt away. Continue this process, moving up through your body—calves, thighs, abdomen, chest, shoulders, and so on. With each release, imagine a wave of relaxation washing over you. Feel the weight of the day slipping away. As you reach the top of your head, take a few deep breaths, fully embracing this sense of relaxation. When you're ready, gently open your eyes, feeling refreshed and ready for a restful night's sleep.
