Our Guest Mr. Subramanya is the Managing Director of Fitwel Tools and Forgings Pvt. Ltd. He is a first generation, adventurous entrepreneur, a great sportsman with a keen eye for design and detail.

The seed of entrepreneurship was first sown by his father who was a future thinker. He started his journey by working in leading Forging companies like Bharat Forge in Poona, Bosch, Mico and soon became the subject matter expert. 

He put experience above his promotions, designations and salary benefits. Changed 5 departments at the cost of promotion. Gained Good overall experience in departments  of Design, Estimation, Maintenance and Engineering. 

He then ventured into establishing the forging industry in Karnataka. He started off by providing accurate solutions to his clients who were stuck and were struggling for solutions. He made import substitution products with his wonderful design concepts which delighted his customers to no end. 

He won customers trust with his impeccable design and delivery at affordable pricing.
