I highlight how important it is to realize you aren't going to ruin your diet or fitness program over the course of your travel, but I also go over some tips and thoughts on how to keep the gears moving when you're on the road, including getting out for a walk, ways to think about food and eating out at restaurants, and exercises and implements that are easy to take along with you on your journey. I also talk about appreciating the good old days while they are happening.
