Today we are going to meditate on finding ourselves some focus. There is so much going on in our lives – busy home life, busy work life, relationships to navigate, family issues and then we add on the energy of the wider world, which we can all agree is challenging, all this can leave us feeling scattered. We don’t know where to place our energy and attention, we feel so thinly spread across all the aspects of our lives and this is when meditation can help us press the pause button and find our focus.
This meditation will use breath and body awareness to bring focus and use mantra, or affirmations, to bring our authentic energy into focus so that we can live with intention and from our Inner Wisdom.
