Our episode today will include a reflection practice. Eartha will guide you through a demonstrative workshop on how our bodies respond to stress, anxiety, and pain. When we interact with nature, we allow ourselves to experience smells, sounds, textures, and other sensations that feed our brains information. During a drought season, vegetation may appear dead. With observation and awareness of how vegetation responds to stress, we can learn how to regenerate our energy and find new hope.
