This episode Carter and I discuss the red wines we are looking forward to drinking this winter. We are in Houston, and we drink a lot of white wine in the summer. We love white wine, but we also lover red wine. Winter brings the cooler temps, which also means a deferent menu for dinners, more rich, heavy and hearty. These dishes scream for a red. We discuss the grape varieties and regions of what we are looking most forward to drinking.
