Episode 403: Ashling Murphy trial - no evidence Jozef Puska’s admissions to Gardaí was due to opioids
The prosecution case against Jozef Puska, accused of murdering Ashling Murphy in January 2022 is set to end this week.
In court today, Professor Michael Ryan said that there was no evidence to support the suggestion that an admission given to Gardai by Jozef Puska was related to the effects of an opioid painkiller.
