In the winter of 1878, a man named Ka-Ki-Si-Kutchin took his wife, six children, mother-in-law, and brother, out into the forest, to hunt food for the winter.
But only Ka-Ki-Si-Kutchin returned. His family had all died he said, and now he was being tormented by the wendigo.
