Have you noticed that we often treat people in the same way that we would treat a Starbucks order? We want to pick and choose the qualities, characteristics, and behaviors in other people just like we want to pick and choose what goes into our Starbucks drink. We often reject people because of one undesirable characteristic in the same way that we would return a coffee if it had too much sugar in it.
