Today on the pod is pilot turned clinic psychologist Dr Rebecca Ray, who to be honest feels more like a friend than someone i'm interviewing, I could have hung out with Beck all day long, she's got an honest, no BS approach to life, so what you see is what you get. In this episode Beck chats not only about the complexities of Difficult People (the title of her newest book, might I add that this is book number 6 for Beck). But she also talked about how to approach and communicate with these types of people. It's so clear that Beck just says it how it is, no cotton wool, just the honest truth of the matter from her viewpoint, and I'm here for it, I love it!
