Day 1: Gratitude for Self
It's time to reflect on and appreciate your own strengths, accomplishments, and unique qualities that contribute to your empowerment.
You already have all the motivation you need in order to move forward with your goals. Look back at all the things you've already accomplished and pull your strength and motivation from your past wins.
Focus on being grateful for those wins and accomplishments, no matter how big or small.

Write down 5 things in your Badass list. If you already have a list, it's time to update it! If you don't have a list yet, start one today! paper notebook, notes app on your phone, or even text yourself with 5 things you are grateful for that you've accomplished in your past.
