In this episode of Business Buying Strategies, I engage in an insightful conversation with Carsten Jensen, who bought a business following the advice from my Mastermind Program.
Jensen shares his journey of acquiring a successful tree surgery enterprise, currently generating between £2 to 2.5 million with 18 staff members. He describes how the program helped in understanding the acquisition process, arranging the deal structure, making profit-focussed decisions and implementing system and process improvements. Also, he provides insight into his future plans for structural organization and acquisition of complementary businesses.
The episode reveals the importance of 'learning by doing', and how exposure to real-life business acquisitions can massively increase entrepreneurial confidence and capabilities.
