Dee C. Lee - Style Council, Wham! Solo and New Material
British singer songwriter Dee C. Lee rose to prominence as a session musician for Wham! and the Style Council. She had risen through the ranks of the Brit Funk movement of the late 70s, early 80s singing sessions for bands like Central Line.

Working with George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley raised her profile, and at one point, she had started singing with the Style Council when she became the first ever person to sing in two bands during the recording of one episode of Top of the Pops.
At first her solo career with CBS stumbled, but in 1985 she released See the Day, a song she had written at 18 years of age, and it became a massive hit in the UK.
She remained with the Style Council for many years, and her relationship with Paul Weller became official, and they have two children together.
Long separated, and after a period away from the spotlight she has returned to the music scene with a double A side single - Don’t Forget about Love & Be There in the Morning, and a forthcoming album.
