Welcome back to the 10 Days of Gratitude Series!
In Day 4 we are focusing on our health and body.
I'm so grateful that my body carried me through a war, police training, and child birth. I've been pretty hard on this body of mine and I'm grateful for my health in the present moment!
What about your body or health are you grateful for today?
Homework: Drink water! Getting the proper amount of clean, fresh water is one of the best and easiest (for most people) thing you can do to support your body.
