Mike Shildt and Joe Espada Take Charge of Padres and Astros with Brett Chancey of Locked on Astros

The Padres got their man when 2019 NL Manager of the Year Mike Shildt has taken over the San Diego skipper job.

Meanwhile Joe Espada, as expected, is the new manager of the Astros.

Brett Chancey, host of Locked on Astros, agrees with Sully that Espada is the right person for the job.
