2 VERY Different Thanksgiving Messages to America

In today's longform weekend podcast - Glenn runs down the legal recap of the week. He begins by discussing: a tale of two presidents: Joe Biden's holiday message for the American people versus Donald Trump's message for the American people. Glenn illustrates the stark contrast. Then, in the legal recap, a Colorado judge finds that Donald Trump, in fact, engaged in an insurrection against the United States, but doesn't seem to think that's a disqualifying problem for a president under the 14th Amendment. Glenn says "REALLY!?" Both parties have appealed the court's decision. Next story of the week, the Supreme Court pretends to issue a Code of Ethics for the justices. Turns out it is nothing more than a pamphlet of suggestions. So Lame! And finally, a D.C. appellate court has heard oral arguments about the constitutionality of the Trump gag order that Judge Tanya Chutkan issued to try to protect witnesses, court staff, and prosecutors from Donald Trump's reckless, dangerous, and threatening rhetoric. Glenn says he'll bet 1$ that Trump will appeal the gag order all the way to the Supreme Court.
