How to PREPARE to get fit AF in 2024
1- Reduce the friction between you and working out!
join a gym or studio (preferred) close by
You’re never going to get as good of a workout alone.
When new years comes you’re already in the habit of working out
2- get workout clothes together now! And have them out the night before with shoes. I like to keep mine on the bathroom sink area.
3- clean out fridge and pantry NOW
4- talk to house mates
5- leave yoga matt out with bands close by. This will inspire you to stretch or do some exercises randomly
6- start making it a habit to do some squats while on the phone. Post it note to kick start the habit
7- DO SOME HABIT PAIRING
Squat while brushing and flossing and doing mouth wash. Leave a band in the bathroom.
ONLY let yourself watch YouTube while working out.
post it notes and reminders on phone help in bathroom.
8- make a rule today. No more elevators. Stairs only
9- start parking farther when going to the store
10- exercising first thing in the AM is. Non negotiable starting now.
