Steve Bisciotti once pulled off an absolute magic trick when he convinced Eric DeCosta to turn down several NFL GM jobs and wait 5 years to take over after Ozzie Newsome stepped down. 

Well, with the growing popularity of defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald, some Ravens fans are sending a message to Bisciotti. They want to see the Ravens owner capture lightning in a bottle again, but this time at head coach. Can it be done?
