Hey friends,
I've honestly been struggling with my morning routine the past few months and then ESPECIALLY as the time changed and my boys started waking up at the crack of dawn. I realized that a few things were getting in the way of me having a peaceful morning, and I changed my mindset around what I expected in the morning and changed up my routine a little.
I know I'm not the only one who is working through this so today I'm sharing how I've created a simple morning routine that's great for my stress and hormones and includes my kids when I need to so I can get the rest I need.
