The Chicago Bears QB solution no one is talking about: Keep Justin Fields AND draft a rookie

The Chicago Bears upcoming quarterback decision is presented as two choices: Draft a rookie QB and trade Justin Fields OR keep Justin Fields and build around him.

Ryan Poles should do both. Bring back Justin Fields and make him the starter moving forward, but draft a quarterback in the first round to give you a backup plan in case Fields doesn't pan out.

The downsides are limited, and it gives the Bears the best chance to secure a franchise quarterback.
