EPISODE 431: Did you know that women entrepreneurs were more likely to experience burnout than their male counterparts?
This is because more often than not, women entrepreneurs are not only taking on more than they can at work, but also at home.
Many women find themselves overwhelmed by the amount of daily tasks they need to take care of, whether those tasks have to do with their business or with their households. But instead of asking for help, they simply take on those responsibilities, even if they’re too tired or stressed out to do so.
And guess what happens if you do this long enough?
You end up experiencing the dreaded burnout.
Burnout happens as a result of mental, emotional, and physical stress, and women are especially prone to it.
However, if you want your business to grow, then you need to take care of yourself first, and being burnt out is definitely the opposite of that.
