Training in the winter as an ultrarunner can be tricky. Whether you have to navigate through freezing temperatures, less access to trails, or snow, it can make it seem difficult to get in the training you need to get ready for your next ultra.
I trained in the winters of Wisconsin, Arizona, and New York, and I’ve learned a ton and have learned a ton from training in the years in the winter. And in this episode, I share everything I’ve learned to help you get in solid training in the winter.
