In today's episode, I am joined by my 5-year-old daughter, Summer Elenbaas, to talk about plant medicines and some of Summer's favorite ways to use herbs. Summer shares how she uses "Spirit Sprays," the herbs she likes to add to her tea blends, herbal scavenger hunts, and more!
