Jill shares with us the benefits of mindfulness and breathwork for children, and how we can bring these gifts into our children's lives even when we are busy. We also chat about the subjects of screen time, bedtime routines, and grounding.
Jill is a former higher education professional. She holds a doctorate from the University of Virginia in Educational Psychology with expertise in gifted education. Though she has taught undergrads, grads and teachers, her favourite classroom is kindergarten. She has co-authored a book called Maleku’s Gift, a children’s book that introduces them to the power of their breath. Jill loves to share about breathwork and mindfulness for children and families.
