Yet, at times, motivation can wane, leaving us feeling stuck or uninspired. In this mindful moment, we will explore the practice of cultivating motivation and reigniting your inner drive.
Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down, where you can fully engage in this meditation. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to settle into the present moment. With each inhalation, invite a sense of calm and presence, and with each exhalation, release any tension or distractions.
