Jagmeet Singh and the NDP are doing a victory lap after the Liberals unveiled a plan to provide dental insurance for up to nine million low-income, uninsured Canadians. However, the program is an exapnsion of an existing one that already covered children. Moreover, the "universal national pharmacare" plan laid out in the NDP/Liberal supply and confidence agreement is still nowhere to be found.
