To say the New York Jets failed to build on their win over the Houston Texans would be an understatement. The team was embarrassed on the road against the Miami Dolphins 30-0. The game once again exposed the glaring coaching and front office deficiencies that have plagued the Jets all season. After this loss, Joe Douglas and Robert Saleh need to go. There isn't much of a case for keeping either.
