In 2008, Julie Jensen was found dead in her bed by her husband Mark Jensen of an apparent suicide. Little did Mark know, Julie had given a letter to her neighbors telling them that if anything happened to her, to give the note to the police.
In the letter, from beyond the grave, Julie said that if anything happened to her, it was at the hands of her husband Mark and that she would never leave her 2 boys behind.
After several legal battles pressing for the letter to be used as admissible evidence, Mark was tried for the murder of his wife Julie. Was he convicted?
