A double homicide of armored car guards in 1994, revealed a professional crew of armed robbers from, Charlestown, Mass. The investigation that followed found an unrelenting string of bank and armored car robberies, that continued, even after this botched robbery that netted $500,000. The trial crushed the code of silence that the criminals had counted on, if it truly existed at all. The murder of two working class guards turned the local population against the crew.
