The guests are Andrew Goretzky, regional director of the Anti-Defamation League in Philadelphia; Randi Boyette, associate regional director for education, ADL; and Rabbi Stacy Rigler, RJE, executive director of the Association of Reform Jewish Educators.

Andrew M. Goretsky, Ed.D. was named Regional Director for ADL Philadelphia in January 2022. The ADL Philadelphia Regional Office serves eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and the entire state of Delaware. ADL and fights antisemitism and all forms of discrimination through education, advocacy and investigation.
Before joining ADL, Goretsky was Dean of Students at Arcadia University. While there he worked to promote justice, equity, diversity and inclusion through daily interactions with students, faculty, and staff, and by leading staff in the development of initiatives that served the needs of their diverse population.
Before joining Arcadia, Goretsky served on both the Committee for International Student Success and the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at The George Washington University, serving as a member of the Multicultural Philosophy committee at the University of Maryland, and leading the Native American Special Interest residential community at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Goretsky began his career working with students with learning differences at Landmark College in Putney VT. He holds a Doctor of Education, Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University and a Master of Arts, Student Personnel Administration from New York University.
Randi Boyette is a Senior Associate Regional Director for the Anti-Defamation League and has served as the ADL Education Director in Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware since 2003. Her responsibilities include managing all of ADL’s anti-bias, anti-bullying, and cyberbullying programs; antisemitism education programming; and ADL Holocaust education initiatives.
Born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia, Randi holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Temple University and a master’s degree in Holocaust and Genocide Studies from Gratz College. She is the co-author of Let it Burn, a book about MOVE and the city of Philadelphia.
Rabbi Stacy Rigler, RJE is Executive Director of the Assocation of Reform Jewish Educators. A lifelong learner, Stacy is passionate about inspiring excellence, advancing the field of Jewish education, and supporting fellow educators and students. Stacy served as Rabbi Educator for 17 years at Reform Congregation Keneseth Israel in Elkins Park, PA then went on to work as a Senior Program Manger for Jewish Education at the Foundation for Jewish Camp. She has also worked for as Jewish life advisor at URJ Camp Harlam. Stacy is on the volunteer leadership team of the Religious Action Center-PA, #Onward Hebrew, and serves on the URJ Camp Harlam Camp Council as well as the Union for Reform Judaism Board. She received her MAJE and Rabbinic ordination from HUC-JIR and her undergraduate degree from Emory University. When not at work Stacy volunteers her time with POWER (PA’s Faith in Action organization) and enjoys exercising and spending time with family and friends.
