The Cleveland Torso Murderer also known as the Mad Butcher of Kingsbury Run was a serial killer active in Cleveland, Ohio during the 1930s. 13 victims were dismembered by the butcher who disposed of the remains in the Kingsbury Run neighborhood. Most victims came from the area known for vagrants, shanty towns, and crime. Famed lawman Elliot Ness led the investigation.
