In this episode, we talk about how to love your life and take control of your experience.
You are the observer of your experience, and your body is the filter in which you experience this life in. That means if you want to change your experience, you have to adjust the filter.
The thoughts in your mind are the same as the frequency you operate on. So the first step is to change your thoughts. Put positive "I am" statements into your head. Repeat them throughout the day, until the point where everything you experience has to go through that thought.
Once you are consistent in your thinking, you must follow it with action. When you think and act in alignment, no matter what is happening externally, you start to believe that is who you are.
And it's the belief that allows you to receive. This is how the Law of Attractions works, like attracts like, or more impactfully, like is like!
Take control of your filter and become the rising tide that lifts all ships.
