I'm not a big fan of money goals. Instead, I like to think about setting money intentions. A money intention is a feeling or a why behind your goal. This feeling or why becomes a strong motivating factor to take all the steps necessary to achieve your goal. Intentions are also focused on your thoughts around money. If you have debt and are always thinking you suck at money, well, your brain isn't super motivated to get rid of that debt. In this annual New Year's episode, I'm sharing how to set your money intentions for 2024, how to deal with those negative nagging thoughts, and exercises to help you release your money mistakes from 2023.
