But one of the most fascinating and unexpected chapters in Bob’s life was his well-publicized heart attack in 2017 at age 52. Despite outwardly being the picture of perfect health, Bob goes into detail about how he almost succumbed to that near-fatal attack.
In fact, HE FLATLINED FOR NINE MINUTES and spent two days in a coma before eventually recovering.
As you might imagine, that traumatic event deeply affected his psyche and his CORE IDENTITY. That led to a lot of SOUL SEARCHING and some dramatic changes in Bob’s life. Bob talks about dealing with PTSD, EMOTIONAL TURMOIL, and PIVOTING to find a NEW SENSE OF SELF.
