Carl and Billy Isaacs, and half-brother Wayne Coleman, were born into a home of poverty and neglect. Without parental restrictions, the brother's ran wild and spent their formative years in and out juvenile detention. By adulthood, Carl and Wayne were convicted felons, serving time in the same prison, but the bars couldn't hold them. After escaping, the fugitives are reunited with younger brother Billy. Unrestrained and without conscience, this band of brothers cuts a bloody and violent path down the east coast in a 12-day crime spree that ends with the most brutal murders the state of Georgia has ever seen.
