Stanford's Camille Peisner On NCAA Training, Mental Health, & Her Faith
Today on the podcast is my good friend Camille Peisner!
Camille competes for Stanford University in the sprints. She holds PRs of 11.88 (100m), 23.92 (200m), & 54.31 (400m) and has been a prominent force on their sprint relay teams.
In high school, Camille was a double winner at the 2021 Colorado 5A Championships in the 100 and 200 and was second in the 400. She led her team to win state 5A team titles in 2018, 2019, and 2021.
Camille is also very actively involved in leadership for Christian athletes through organizations at Stanford, as well as creating her own blog and podcast.
In today's episode, Camille walks me through training during the Holiday's, running for Stanford, mental health, her faith, attributes of successful athletes, and so much more! I absolutely loved this wide-ranging discussion and think there are so many good takeaways to be had. Don't miss this one!
